Gladys Parker

Gladys Margaret Neal Parker, age 96, passed away at Grace Care Center in Cypress, TX on Thursday, May 9, 2019. She was a native of Houma, LA and a resident of Houston, TX.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday, May 18, 2019 beginning at 9:00 am until a Liturgy of the Word Service at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be held in St. Francis de Sales #2 Cemetery.

Gladys is survived by her daughters, Mary Lee Picou and Tally Ann Adams; sisters, Helen Roddy, Anna Mae Dupre, Thelma Bergeron and Earline Rogers; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Gladys was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Cleveland Martin; 2nd husband, Gaulvin Parker; parents, Edward Clairville and Noricia Voisin Neal; son, Malcolm Paul Martin; brothers, Lynwood, Willard, and Allen Neal; sisters, Alice Fanguy and Shirley Blanchard.

Gladys worked hard all her life and was an excellent seamstress. Special thanks to the grandson Keith Picou.
