Vivian Callahan

Vivian Marie LeCompte Callahan, age 88, passed away surrounded by her loving family on June 1, 2021 at 6:55 PM . She was a native and longtime resident of Houma, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home on Monday June 7, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Bernadette Catholic Church at 11:30 AM with burial to follow in St. Francis Cemetery #2.

Vivian is survived by her son, Bradley James Callahan; daughter, Dawn Callahan LeBoeuf and husband, Seth; sister, Thelma L. Bergeron; grandson, Tryston Seth LeBoeuf.

Vivian is preceded in death by husband of 21 years, Milton John Callahan; parents, Essay Paul and Mary Marie Deroche LeCompte; brother, Levis LeCompte; sisters, Eula L. Landry and husband, Edward, and  Theresa L. Bourg and husband, John; brother-in-law, Beverly Bergeron.

Vivian was a parishioner of St. Anthony Pudua Catholic Church. She will be dearly missed by all whose hearts she touched. Family would like to thank Haydel Memorial Hospice for their love and compassion.
