Victor Boquet Sr.

Victor Joseph Boquet, 64, passed away surrounded by his family and loving wife of fourty-three years Monday, October 11, 2021 at 9:28pm. 

Family and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:00am until 11:00am.  The Rosary will be recited in French at 11:00am.  Burial will be held privately by the family at a later date.

Victor is survived by his loving wife, Edna Thibodeaux Boquet; son, Victor Joseph Boquet Jr. and wife Janet; daughter, Kaye Marie Boquet; brothers, Lawrence and wife Sandra, Oris Boquet; sisters, Gail Dubois, Brenda Cortez and husband Daniel;  sisters-in-law, Donna Boquet and Nancy Boquet.  

Victor is preceded in passing by his parents, Lawrence Boquet Sr. and Justillia Pellegrin Boquet;  brothers, Ricky Boquet and David Boquet; baby sister, Gay Boquet; and brother-in-law, Steve Dubois.

Victor was an artist and built many crafts through his life.  He loved to bake with his family and friends and share good meals.  He never met a stranger and was always a friend to anyone in need.

Victor will never be forgotten; but always and forever remembered and loved.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic; local and CDC regulations require facemask and proper social distancing while attending funeral services.
