Russell Voisin

Russell J. Voisin, 76, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 2:55PM. He was a native of Dulac, LA and resident of Houma, LA.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation Friday, June 29, 2018 from 6:00PM until 9:00PM at Chauvin Funeral Home and Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 8:00AM until service time at Annunziata Catholic Church in Houma, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Annunziata Catholic Church beginning at 10:00AM. Burial will take place in Terrebonne Memorial Park following Saturday services.

Russell is survived by his loving Wife, of fifty-four years, Bonnie Boudreaux Voisin; Son, Brian Voisin and wife, Becky, Brent Voisin and wife Lori, and Bart Voisin and wife Diana; Grandchildren, Joshua, Anna Catherine, Alyce, Alexander, Alison Voisin; Siblings, Loretta Kervin, Lydia, Roland, Marlene, Elvira.

Russell is preceded in death by his Parents, Russel A. Voisin and Mildred B. Voisin; Infant Sister, Sylvia Marie Voisin.

Russell loved to bowl with family and friends. He also liked to go dancing, reading, traveling and working in his garden. Russell was a proud Veteran of the United States Army. Russell loved his family; most especially his grandchildren.

His memory will live on and he will never be forgotten; but always forever loved.
