Ruiz Parfait

Ruiz Ann Parfait, 64, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 10:14am.  Ruiz is a native of Houma, LA and a lifelong resident of Dulac, LA.

Family and friends of the family are invited to visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home from 4:00pm until 9:00pm on Monday October 18, 2021 and from 9:00am until service time on Tuesday October 19, 2021. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow morning visitation beginning at 11:00am with burial following in Holy Family Cemetery. 

Ruiz is survived by her son, Joshua Parfait and wife Danielle; father, John Parfait; brother, Robert Parfait and wife RosaMary; sister, Donna Naquin; grandchildren, Kaegan Parfait and wife Maddie, Breanna Parfait, Ashton Parfait and great grandson, Eli Parfait; godchildren, Robert Parfait Jr., and Joni Ledet; and many loving nieces and nephews. 

Ruiz is preceded in passing by her mother, Madeline Parfait; brother, Bobby Parfait. 

Ruiz adored her son and grandkids unconditionally. She loved to work on cross-word puzzles; work on her flowers and crochet. She also loved to work on her jig-saw puzzles. 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic; local and CDC regulations require facemask and proper social distancing while attending funeral services.
