Roy Carlos

Roy Edward Carlos, age 93, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, November 22, 2021. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.   

Roy is survived by his son, Kirk A. Carlos and wife, Patti; son-in-law, Glenn Mediamolle; brothers, Guy and Donald Carlos; sister, Iris Pitre; 3 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Roy was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Monica Melancon Carlos; parents, Edward Joseph and Olga Marie Poirier Carlos; daughter, Marsha C. Mediamolle; brothers, Claude, Reuben, and Eugene Carlos; sisters, Claire Hubert Mackin, Joyce Whiteman, and Lucille Spivey.

Roy was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He served in the US Army, US Air National Guard, and US Air Force. He enjoyed bowling, and spending time with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all whose hearts he touched.
