Rebecca Ann Guidry

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Rebecca Ann Guidry, who left us on November 14, 2025, at the age of 54. Born October 2, 1971, in Houma, Louisiana, Rebecca was a remarkable individual whose gentle spirit and unwavering kindness left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered.

Rebecca spent her life dedicated to caring for others, exemplified by her esteemed career as a nurse. Known for having "the biggest heart in the world," she tirelessly served her community, providing comfort and compassion to those in need. Her dedication to her profession mirrored her devotion to her family, where she created a warm loving home filled with laughter and joy.

Rebecca is survived by her beloved mother Juanita Pierre, stepfather Joe Boudwin Sr., her cherished son, Mark Winchester Jr. (Mark Winchester Sr.). Her brother, Darren Gaston (Stacie), her sister, Melissa Martin (Kirby) and brother John Guidry. Her loyal dog ,Chewy, also brought her immense joy.

Rebecca was preceded in death: Grandparents Mary Pierre and Paul E. Pierre, and her Father Morris Guidry.

Rebecca's memories will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who mourn her loss while remembering the light she brought into their lives.

As we reflect on Rebecca's life, we hold dear the kindness she shared and the love she cultivated. May her legacy of compassion and her vibrant spirit continue to inspire all who knew her.

A visitation to honor her memory will be held in Magnolia Chapel at Chauvin Funeral Home Houma, LA on Wednesday November 19, 2025 at 8:30AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00AM.
