Patrel Marie Jenkins

Patrel Marie Jenkins passed away on March 16, 2026 at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. She was the partner of Norman Pierre, and they shared 30 years of partnership together.

Born in New Orleans, LA, Patrel was the daughter of Cecile Jones and James Jenkins. Patrel enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandkids, family, and friends. She would walk in and light up the room with her smile and her love.

Patrel is survived by her spouse Norman Pierre; her kids Evoyal (Joseph, Jr.), Raven, Wallace, Christani, Sadarah, Dorian, Tyqueruous, and Azarian; and her 13 grandchildren.

Patrel was preceded in death by her parents, her son Raytrelle, and other family members.

Patrel will be honored by her kids; her grandchildren Jaliyah, Jamon, Jamerion, Jamire, Karson, Draven, Layla, MaKayla, Noah, and Dallas Jr.; her sisters Contrelle (Hamma) and Shakena; her brothers Claude (Thelma), Robert, and Anthony; her nieces and nephews; and the four lives she saved after her death. We will love, honor, and cherish Patrel forever.
