Obituary

A devoted father, proud grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather, he lived a remarkable 99 years, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, laughter, hard work, and family.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Annunziata Catholic Church on Friday, November 6, 2026, beginning at 9:30 am until the mass of Christian burial at 11:30 am. Burial will be held at Holy Rosary Cemetery.

A hardworking shrimper and co-founder of P&S Groceries, he spent many years working the waters, providing for those he loved and building a life centered around family. His greatest joy was his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in his heart.

He loved the Lord and, more than anything, desired for his family to know Him and have a relationship with Him. His faith was an important part of his life, and one of his greatest hopes was that the generations following him would carry that same love for the Lord in their hearts.

He had a wonderful sense of humor and a special gift for making people laugh. Whether sharing stories, cracking jokes, or gathering around for a game of Pedro, he knew how to bring everyone together. Those moments filled with laughter, friendly competition, and love will be treasured for generations.

Over his 99 years, he had the special blessing of watching his family grow through many generations. His life was a testament to hard work, faith, the importance of family, and finding joy in life's simple pleasures.

Though he will be deeply missed, his stories, laughter, faith, and love will live on through the many generations he leaves behind. We are blessed to have shared in his 99 years and will forever cherish the memories and legacy he leaves with us.

His greatest legacy is not measured in years, but in the family he loved, the faith he shared, and the generations who will carry his memory forward. He was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church.
