Milford "Gee" Scott

July 25, 1940 — November 24, 2021

Milford “Gee” Paul Scott, age 81, passed away Wednesday November 24, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was a native of Grand Caillou and longtime resident of Gray.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home in the Magnolia Chapel on November 29,2021 from 5:00PM until 9:00PM and then services to continue November 30, 2021 at 9:00AM until Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11:00 at St. Bridget Catholic Church with burial to follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Gee is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Theresa Dugas Scott; children, Patricia Scott DuBois (Michael), Terry Paul Scott (Hope), Peggy Scott Guarisco (Vince); grandchildren, Jennifer, Ashleigh, Darren, Danielle, Brandon, Gabrielle; great-grandchildren, Caden, Abigail, Madison; brothers, Magnus Scott, Kenneth Scott.

Gee is preceded in death by his parents, Freddie Joseph Scott and Justine Benoit Scott; brothers, Leroy, Jessie, Oliver, Reggie, Earl, Ray J.; sister Orselie,

Gee was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a bass guitar player and loved playing with the band. Gee also loved hunting, fishing, and trawling. He loved sitting on the back porch of his camp on his swing watching the ducks fly. Most of all he enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
