Michael Dean

Michael Lester Dean, 66, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 1:58pm.  Michael  was a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Houma, LA.

Family and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, January 25, 2021 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:00am until service time. A Liturgy of the Word will be held at Chauvin Funeral Home at 11:00am. Burial will follow services in Holy Family Cemetery in Dulac, LA.

Michael is survived by sisters, Vivian Carlos, Ethel Foret and husband Morris, Charlotte Accardo and husband Kurt, Cynthia Wadsworth and companion Wilfred, Mona Dion, Cheryl Parfait and husband Calvin; brothers, Malcolm Dean, Ronald Feet and wife Shirley. Michael is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents,  Joseph and Rita Dean; brothers, Merlin Feet, Julius Feet; sister, Tessie Dean; brother-in-law, Druis Carlos.

Michael enjoyed playing cards, bingo, checkers and wrestling and visiting with his close friend Donna Henry.

The family would like to thank the staff of Chateau Terrebonne Health Care for their love and care.
