Mary Ann Scott "Scotty" Thibodeaux

Mary Ann Scott Thibodeaux, “Scotty”, 86, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 1:35am. She was a native of Bourg, LA, long time resident of Dulac, LA and a resident of Houma, LA.

Family and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:00am until service time.  Liturgy will follow visitation on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at Chauvin Funeral Home at 11:00am. Burial will take place at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.

Mary is survived by her loving family; her children, Christopher Michael Thibodeaux, Amy Mary and husband John A. Songe, and Carole Ann Thibodeaux; grandchildren, Jenny A. and husband Ted Chilton, and John C. Songe; great grandchildren, Jack and Faye Chilton.

Mary is preceded by her husband, Felix Joseph Thibodeaux Jr.; parents, Francis Sidney Scott and Marie Eve Trosclair Scott; her seven brothers, Horace, Sidney, Norris, Whitney, Maurice, Johnny, and Paul; and her five sisters, Orena Bourg, Viola Breaux, Lorena Guidry, Eula Bascle, and Frances Hebert.
