Marian F. Trahan, 99, of Houma, Louisiana, died on August 18, 2023. She was born on December 2, 1923, in Houma, Louisiana.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Marian’s life was held on August 24, 2023, at 11:00AM at Chauvin Funeral Home. Burial took place at St. Francis Cemetery #2. Family and friends were invited to pay their respects.

Marian will be remembered for her love of life, and fondness for family and friends. She was a secretary during her working life employed by Chauvin Funeral Home and for many years as the personal secretary to E.R.T. Marquette, CPA. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Robert Dupuy and his wife, Bonnie Vorenberg.

A special thanks to family and friends, especially Sylvia Portier and JoAnn Haydel for their concern, devotion, and true friendship to Marian for many years.
