Margaret Breaux Cunningham

Margaret Cecile Breaux Cunningham, age 80, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 4:19 p.m. She was a native of Luling and a resident of Houma, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Annunziata Catholic Church on Monday, March 8, 2021 beginning at 9:00 am until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held in Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Margaret is survived by her husband of 57 years, Errol Joseph Cunningham; son, Kevin J. Cunningham and wife, Cindy; daughters, Susan C. Aucoin and husband, Rusty, Katrina C. Doiron and husband, Brad, and Tiffany C. Schmidt and husband, Michael; sister, Judy B. Babin; grandchildren, Hobie J. and Stacie M. Cunningham, Chance R. and Chase E. Aucoin, Jennifer M. and Andre’a L. Doiron, and Maddox E. Schmidt; and greatgrandchild, Olivia K. Cunningham.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Alfred and Irene Cecilia Lajaunie Breaux; and brother, Curtis J. Breaux.

Margaret was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society. She enjoyed baking cakes and decorating them for family and friends.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all whose hearts she touched.
