Marcus Schexnayder

Marcus Kenneth Schexnayder, 29, a native of Houma, LA passed away Friday, May 31, 2019. 

Family and friends of the family are invited to attend visitation on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:00AM until service time.  A Liturgy of the Word will begin at Chauvin Funeral Home at 11:00AM with burial to follow services.

Marcus is survived by his mother, Melanie Comeaux Clouse; father, Richard Schexnayder; step-father, Kyle Clouse; children, Kaydan, Rylee, Noah and their mother, Katherine “Katey” Handel, Micah Schexnayder; siblings, Jayme Scott (Jacob), Trevor Schexnayder (April), Kylynn Eschete (Kaine), Allison Clouse Dugal (Trey), Steven Clouse; god-father, Kenneth Comeaux Jr., and god-mother, Lisa Dupre.  Marcus is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Marcus is preceded by his grandparents, Kenneth and Dorothy Comeaux and Marc and Alice Schexnayder; uncle, Duke Paul Schexnayder and Marc Schexnayder Jr.

Marcus loved to fish and hunt. He enjoyed shooting pool with family and friends.   Marcus loved the time he spent with family and friends; most especially his children.

Marcus will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
