Magnus Joseph "Mack" Hutchinson Jr.

Magnus Joseph “Mack” Hutchinson, 82, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 4:23am. He was a native of Bourg, LA and resident of Houma, LA.

Family and friends of the family are invited to a visitation at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bourg, LA on Friday, July 21, 2023 from 10:00am until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Ann Church beginning at 11:00am with burial to follow in Bisland Cemetery.

Mack is survived by his loving family, his siblings, sisters, Maude Hebert and husband Dean, and Maybelle Hebert; sisters-in-law, Gaynell Hutchinson, Pearl Rogers. Mack is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Mack is preceded in passing by his parents, Magnus Hutchinson Sr. and Lucia Brunet Hutchinson; step-mother, Lucina Bourg; sister, Mamie Terrebonne, brothers, Minus Hutchinson, Melvin Hutchinson, Michael Hutchinson, Earl Hutchinson, Anthony Hutchinson, Jeffery Hutchinson; step-brothers, Ferdinand and Earl Rogers, brothers-in-law, Larry Terrebonne, Lemuel Hebert; sisters-in-law, Nerissa Rogers, Marion and Wilma Hutchinson, and step-sister, Imelda Rogers.

The family would like to thank the staff of Chateau Terrebonne for the care given to Magnus Jr.; also to thank you to Hope Hospice for their love and care.
