Celebrating the life of Lyndon "Spike" LeBouef, born on December 7, 1963, in Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on August 25, 2025, at the age of 61. Lyndon, a true character and a beloved figure, he was a man who brought laughter and warmth wherever he went. He had a remarkable sense of humor that could brighten anyone's day and was known as a "ladies' man" who never met a stranger.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 5 PM to 9 PM and continue Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 9 AM to 11 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 11 AM in Chapel Dauphine at Chauvin Funeral Home.
A father, a loving son and a friend you can rely on Lyndon or Spike as he was affectionately called had a passion for the open road and the great outdoors, working as a truck driver and fisherman, a trade that perfectly complemented his adventurous spirit. He was the man you can count on no matter the time or day.
To cherish Lyndon's memories are his mother, Elder Agnes LeBouef, his children; Lacy LeBouef, Lark Bergeron (Darrion) and Madison Benoit-LeBouef; grandchildren; Amyia, Kimberly and Olivia, siblings; Frank "Beaver" LeBouef (Kathleen) and Francis Klein (Kevin) and his best friend's Joe Verret and Wayne "Nutch" Verdin.
Lyndon is reunited in Heaven with his father, Thadeus LeBouef.
