Lelia H. Guidry, 89, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma died Wednesday July 4,2018 at 9:26 PM

Visitation will be held Sunday July 8, 2018 at the Magnolia Chapel of Chauvin Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Monday, July 9, 2018  from 9:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment to follow in Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Mrs. Lelia is survived by her loving son: Timothy Guidry, Daughters: Suzanne Guidry, Nancy Bridges (James), and Ray Ann Cheramie. Grandchildren: Tammy Dupre, Lance Ledet, Amy Borghardt, Rachel Bridges, Jamie Crochet, Timi-Rai Bourg, Tayla Pinell, Jacob and John Broussard and Shane J. Cheramie. 15 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J, Guidry, Daughter: Diana Ledet, Brothers: Delvin, Floyd, and Harris Henry. Daughter-in-law: Penny Guidry and sons-in-law: Leland Ledet Jr. and Shane A. Cheramie

Mrs. Lelia was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church and was a commissioned Eucharistic Minister. She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters, Ladies Altar Society and K. of C. Ladies Auxillary . She liked to sew and enjoyed cooking all the time.
