It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of Kassie Louise Morales at the age of 36, who departed this world on July 7, 2026. Kassie, a cherished daughter, sister, and friend, was born on May 11, 1990, in Houma, LA, and grew up in Bourg, where she cultivated a life full of passion, adventure, and achievements that truly inspired those around her.

Kassie was a remarkable individual whose vibrant spirit touched countless lives. Graduating with honors, she was a beacon of excellence and determination, demonstrating her commitment through her participation in various school activities. From her early days in dance, starting at just two years old, to excelling in sports as a standout in softball, soccer, track, and pole vaulting. Kassie exemplified what it meant to be dedicated and passionate. Her journey continued with an associate degree, ultimately leading her to earn a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University.

A proud member of the U.S. Navy, Kassie served as a Chinese translator and Cryptologic Technician, showcasing her talents and fierce dedication to her country. Her adventurous spirit made her a world traveler, and countless memories were made with family and friends during their shared vacations and celebrations.

Above all, Kassie was admired by her family-her loving parents, Kevin and Rochelle Voisin Morales; adored brothers, Keagan Morales (Kylan Dupre) and Kyle Morales; her cherished niece, Blair Morales; half-sister, Lauren Dallmann and nephew Jack Dallmann; maternal grandparents, Jessie and Joyce Voisin; beloved aunts and uncles, Terese Fry (Brenson), Brandi Yarmush (David), Ryan Voisin, Susan Gisclair (Melvin), Terry Morales (Hal), Troy Morales (Karen), and her Bengal cat Sir Francis.
