John dedicated over 40 years of his life to the dental industry, working tirelessly as a dental technician and eventually owning his own Dental Lab. His passion for his craft was evident in the high-quality work he produced, and his expertise was widely recognized and respected within the profession.

However, John's true joy in life came from his family. He was a devoted husband to his wife Mary Jude Serra, with whom he shared 24 years of marriage. Their love for each other was evident in the way they supported and cherished one another throughout their years together.

John was also a loving father to his daughter Jennifer Landry. He treasured his role as a father and imparted many valuable life lessons to his daughter. He delighted in the joys of being a grandfather and great-grandfather, finding immense happiness in their presence. His family meant the world to him, and he was always there to support and encourage them.

Described as an amazing Christian man, John's faith played an integral role in his life. He possessed a humble and kind spirit, always extending a helping hand to those in need. His loving and caring nature touched the lives of many, and he will forever be remembered as an old-fashioned gentleman with a good heart.

John had a contagious laughter that filled any room, and his jovial demeanor often brought smiles to the faces of those around him. He enjoyed dancing and was known for his impressive moves on the dance floor. His fun-loving and silly nature brightened the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

John Serra's presence made the world a better place, and his passing leaves a void in the lives of those who loved him. He leaves behind cherished memories that will be forever treasured by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in John's memory to Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. A man of compassion, John would appreciate any contribution made to help others in need, as he did throughout his own life.

John Serra will be deeply missed but his legacy of love, kindness, and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
