John Russo

John Henry Russo, 64, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 5:56am.  John was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Houma, LA.

John is survived by his loving wife, Shonda Lovell Russo; son, Kullen Russo; and daughter, Abygail Russo; father and mother in-law, Dary and Ellery Lovell Karpinski; sister-in-law, Summer Lovell and companion Eddie; brothers-in-law, Chancey and wife Tanya Lovell and Brien Lovell and companion Kelsey Champagne; nieces, Victoria, Madison, Allee, Ramie, Alayah, Ellieana, RyLeigh, Arydn, Wittley, and Gretchen and nephews, Dallas Lovel, R. J. Butler and cousin, Kerry and wife Debbie Blakesley.

John is preceded in passing by his parents, John Joseph Russo and Laura Stansbury Russo; father-in-law, Paul Raymond Lovell.

John enjoyed working in retail; especially working at Kohls.  He loved going on vacation with his family.   John was a loving and caring husband, father, and friend to many.

He will be dearly missed by the lives he touched throughout his lifetime.  He will never be forgotten; but always and forever loved.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic; local and CDC regulations require facemask and proper social distancing while attending funeral services.
