Jimmie Guidry, Jr.

Jimmie Maurice Guidry Jr., age 68, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Jimmie is survived by his wife, Marcia Ann Lapeyrouse Guidry; daughter, Bethanie L. Guidry; grandchildren, Allie R. and Avery C. Guidry.

Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie Maurice Sr. and Alice Louise Pontif Guidry.

Jimmie was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was retired from TGMC after 37 years of service as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. He was the former King of the Krewe of Hyacinthians 1988. He was a gentle spirit who will be dearly missed by all whose hearts he touched.
