Jerome (Jerry) Schulte was a man of many talents. From serving in the Navy during Vietnam, to diving in the Gulf of Mexico, to being a mechanic on just about anything. He loved a good challenge and would never give up until he had conquered it. Many would tell you that despite his hardened exterior, he had one of the biggest hearts of anyone you know. He loved to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it and never expected anything in return. One of his greatest passions was mentoring others and helping them excel in whatever they were doing. He was very proud of his family, friends, career, and most importantly his faith.

We appreciate everyone who has helped along the way with prayers, kind words, and with walking next to Jerry while he was battling his illness. For his friends and family, please know you meant so much to him and he loved you dearly.

Chauvin Funeral Home and Crematory are honored to serve the family of Jerry Schulte.
