Ismay LeBoeuf

Ismay Josephine Dubois LeBoeuf, age 85, a native of Chauvin, and resident of Houma, died at 5:52 p.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2021.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation in Chapel Dauphine of Chauvin Funeral Home on Friday, March 19, 2021 beginning at 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic; local and CDC regulations require facemask and proper social distancing while attending funeral services. 

Ismay is survived by her sons, Michael, Daniel, and Randy LeBoeuf and wife Gretta DeHart LeBoeuf; grandchildren, Bethany Merritt and husband, Linny, Derek LeBoeuf and wife Magan, Courtney LeBoeuf and fiancé Jarrod Riggins and Kimberly; great-grandchildren, Morgan Merritt, Kaydence, and Cameron LeBoeuf; sister-in-law, Eloise Dubois.

Ismay is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Stanley LeBoeuf; parents, Willie and Alice Dupre Dubois; brothers, Lester Dubois, Nolan Dubois, Harris Dubois, Chester Dubois; sisters, Louise Thibodaux, Wilda Bourg, and Elda LeBouef.

Ismay was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She enjoyed pottery making, quilting, oil painting, playing bingo, going to the casino. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She also enjoyed spending time and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
