Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Glenn Anthony Tamberella, age 53, who departed this life on August 23, 2026, in Houma, Louisiana. Born on October 31, 1972, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Glenn was a dedicated husband, father, friend and proud business owner who left an unforgettable mark on those who knew him. 

A memorial service in celebration of Glenn's life will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral from 10:00 AM until service time at 12:00 PM, where family and friends are invited to gather to honor his memory.

Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Rhonda Tamberella; sons, Nicholas Tamberella and wife Madison, Grant Tamberella; parents, Robert Tamberella and Evelyn Hartman Pecoraro; brothers, John Pecoraro, Jr. (Danielle), Troy Pecoraro; sister, Bridget Stieber (Steven).

Glenn is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Tamberella, Jr.; stepfather, John Pecoraro; father-in-law, Errol Cuneo; brother-in-law, John Cuneo. 

Glenn was known for his unwavering work ethic and the pride he took in his profession. In 2000, he founded Glenn's A/C and Heating, a business he built from the ground up, serving his community with dedication and integrity. He deeply cherished the relationships he formed with his many loyal customers. His loving son, Nicholas, will carry on the family business in his honor. 

Glenn also had a love for fishing and hunting, and enjoyed spending time outdoors. Above all, he adored his time spent with his family, friends and pets.

Glenn lived life to the fullest and brought joy to those around him with his larger-than-life personality. He held a deep value for friendship, believing that once someone became a friend, they were a friend for life. His warmth and kindness created lasting bonds that enriched the lives of all who knew him. 

Glenn's spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and the community he passionately served. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
