Glenn Darcey

June 22, 1963 — October 2, 2021

Glenn Darcey,58, passed away surrounded by his loving wife and family on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 5:03pm.  Glenn was a native  and resident of Houma (Bayou Blue), LA.

Family and friends of the family are invited to a visitation on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Covenant Church of Houma (formerly First Baptist Church of Houma), 4863 West Park Avenue, Houma, Louisiana, 70364, from 1:00pm until service time.  Ministry Services will begin at Covenant Church Houma at 2:00pm.  Private burial will be held at a later date by the family.

Glenn is survived by his loving wife, Sandy Darcey; children, James Darcey and companion Jamie Robertson, Tony Darcey and fiancé Lisa Autin, Kelly Hebert, Nicholas Hebert; grandchildren, Lydia Darcey, Sawyer Hebert, Makenah Hebert, Collin Henry and Haleigh Henry; sisters, Ann Eschete and husband Carl, Gale Blanchard, Janice Daigle and husband Randy, Judith Seale and husband Rob, and Enola Nussmeyer.

Glenn is preceded in death by his parents, Colden and Hazel Samanie Darcey; brothers-in-law, Ronnie Blanchard, Steve Nussmeyer.

Glenn was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  He was a hard worker and provided much to and for his family. Glenn fought hard to see his grandchildren.  He had a love for motorbikes, vintage vehicles and animals.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic; local and CDC regulations require facemask and proper social distancing while attending funeral services.
