Earl Brunet

Earl Louis Brunet, age 81, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 @ 1:00 am. He was a native of DuLarge and a resident of Houma, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Eloi Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 beginning at 9:30 am until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am with burial following in church cemetery.

Earl is survived by his son, Eric J. Brunet and wife, April; daughters, Dana B. Use’, and Denise B. Arceneaux and husband, Bryan; brother, L.J. Brunet; sister, Shirley Rodrique; grandchildren, Britney Use, Allie Arceneaux, Nicholas Arceneaux, Jessie Brunet, Adysen Brunet, Kyle Brunet, Jorde Pellegrin, Courtney Pellegrin, and Matthew Pellegrin; great-grandchildren, Brody Prosperie and Bryden Pinell; godchildren, Ray Carlos and Missie Verrett.

Earl is preceded in death by his father, Columbus and Missie Callahan Brunet; brothers, Luby, Wilson, Allen, Sylvan, Carol, Roy and Richard Brunet; sisters, Thelma B. Carlos, and Mayola B. Cunningham.

Earl was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, wood carving, and spending time with family and friends. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
