Doris Landry

Doris Agnes Verret Landry, 77,  a native and resident of Houma, LA passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022.

A visitation will be held in her honor on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Chauvin Family Funeral Home in the Magnolia Chapel beginning at 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m.

Doris is survived by her daughters, Dolly Ann Landry (Mike), Melissa Landry Tucker (Michael) and Rachel Landry Williams (Douglas); her grandchildren, Darrell Landry, Michael Glass, Colin Parfait, Dustin Glass, Justin Parfait, Sedrick Williams, Ashley Glass and Jacoby Williams; 13 great-grandchildren; her step-son, Terry Joseph Landry; her brother, Paul Verret; her sisters, Doretha Broussard and Edna Billiot; numerous nieces and nephews.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Paul Landry; her parents; Rudolph and Josephine Verret; her brothers, Antoine, Albert and Clarence Verret; her sisters, Baby girl Verret, Rosemary Verret, Dorothy Lee Rouse and Antoinette Billiot; her step-son, Ray Paul Landry.

She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
