Donna G. Menard, 76, a native of New Orleans and longtime resident of Raceland, La, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 18, 2026.

She is survived by her three sons, Dwayne Menard (Kristy); Scotty Menard (Carolyn) and Corey Menard (Racheal): sister: Kathleen Hamby, brothers: Kurt Dominique, Wayne Guidry Sr. (Deborah) and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lionel "Joe" Menard; Daughter, Cindy Lynn Menard; Birth parents, Sullivan Guidry and Dolores Dominique; Adopted parents, Velma and Edward "Pops" Plaisance.

She loved her family and enjoyed family gatherings. She also enjoyed making trips to the casino, fishing, being outside and especially working in her yard.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Rosalie "Rose" Johnston and to nurses, Terri and Crystal, with Hope Healthcare and Hospice Bayou Country for their compassionate care, support, and dedicated service during Donna's final days. Your kindness and professionalism brought comfort to both Donna and her family and will always be deeply appreciated.
