Donald Chauvin Sr.

Donald Dennis Chauvin Sr. 78, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 6:10am. Donald was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Terrytown, LA.

Family and friends of the family are invited to a Graveside Service on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Terrebonne Memorial Park in Houma, LA at 11:00am.

Donald is survived by his loving family; ex-wife and companion, Barbara Johnson; and their children, Robert Chauvin, and Brian Chauvin; grandchildren, Briana Chauvin, and Don Pierre Chauvin.

Donald is preceded in passing by his parents, Walter and Theresa Massarini Chauvin; and son, Donald Chauvin Jr.

Donald was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed the time he could spend with his family and friends and loved them dearly.

His life will live on in the memories and stories told by the loved ones he leaves behind; and Donald will never be forgotten and always much loved by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers,  “Go have a drink in honor of D.C. and tell the bartender to put it on his tab!”
