Diana is preceded in death by her first husband, Gerald Hotard; second husband, Dudley Bourg; parents, Cyrus and Eda Brunet Neal; daughter, Jenny Hotard Picou, granddaughter Sherry Naquin and great grand-dog Cami Leigh Arceneaux and Jolie Blon Arceneaux.

Diana was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She cherished her roots in Pointe-Aux-Chenes and embraced the vibrant culture of her Cajun heritage. She was a beacon of love, kindness, and strength, whose impact will forever be felt by those fortunate enough to have known her. A devoted parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She dedicated 47 years to caring for special needs students at TARC, exemplifying compassion in every interaction she made. Her contributions to the Montegut Lions/Lioness Club reflected her dedication to the community for 52 years, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, calling out numbers for bingo, passing out bingo cards, collecting pickle jar money to fixing burgers at the Montegut Fair. Her love for cooking was equally profound, filling her home with the warmth of delicious meals shared with family and friends. She is now reunited with her family who have passed before her and now rests in the arms of her Jesus Christ. The family wants to thank Terrebonne Home Healthcare, Terrebonne General Palliative Care, Dr. St. Cyr, Stephanie Durocher and St. Joseph Hospice for their love and care.
