Danny Thomas LeBouef, a beloved father, friend, and dedicated worker, passed away on June 22, 2026, at the age of 55. Born on October 3, 1970, in Houma, Louisiana, Danny spent his life in the very community that shaped him. He was known for his warm spirit, infectious laughter, and selfless nature-traits that endeared him to everyone who knew him.

Danny was a devoted father to his sons, Michael LeBouef (Khristie Bourg), Jerry LeBouef (Courtney Busby); grandchildren, Tobisa, Kinsley, Leighton, Kagan, Adam Michael LeBouef; siblings, Patsy Hymel (Darrel), Eddie Adams LeBouef, Jr., Michael LeBouef (Sandra), Timmy LeBouef (Stephanie Savoie), Billy John LeBouef, Tommy James LeBouef (Gwen LeBouef); and a cherished companion to his loyal dog, Mickey. 

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie LeBouef and Goldie LeBouef; infant brother, Bobby James LeBouef.

His love for the outdoors was evident in his passion for fishing, where he found peace and contentment. A true enthusiast, he enjoyed his collection of R.C. cars, often inviting friends and family to join in on the fun. Danny's incredible work ethic was evident during his years as a forklift driver in the oilfield, where he was respected and appreciated for his commitment and reliability.He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, always extending a helping hand to those in need, embodying the very definition of a good-hearted man. His generous spirit and unwavering friendship will be profoundly missed by many.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home on Friday, June 26, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the Liturgy of the Word Service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held at Holy Rosary Cemetery. As we mourn the loss of Danny LeBouef, let us also celebrate the joy he brought to our lives and cherish the memories we were fortunate enough to share with him. He touched the hearts of so many, and his legacy of love and kindness will live on in our hearts.
