Daisy McElroy

Daisy Marie Levron McElroy, age 89, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with burial following in Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Daisy is survived by her sons, Elray J McElroy, Dennis J. (Kathy) McElroy, Jr., Patrick A. (Cecile) McElroy, Sr., and Kemple J. (Dora) McElroy; daughters, Faith M. (Gregg) Pellegrin, and Maxsana M. Falgout; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Daisy was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Dennis J. McElroy, Sr.; parents, Albert Joseph and Nobie Landry Levron; brother, Earl Levron, Sr.; son-in-law, Kenneth J. Falgout.

Daisy was loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society, and K.C. Auxiliary. She enjoyed doing the linens for the church and collecting angels. She will be dearly missed by all whose hearts she touched.
