Brenda Theriot

Brenda Ann Thibodeaux Theriot, 68, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 5:45am.  Brenda was a native of Houma, LA and a resident of Chauvin, LA.

Family and friends of the family are invited to attend Visitation on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Visitation will continue on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin, LA from 9:30am until Mass time. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow visitation at St. Joseph Church at 11:00am with burial taking place in the church cemetery .

Brenda is survived by her loving family; her husband of fifty-two years, Brent Theriot; children, Cindy Theriot Brunet and husband Chad Brunet, Jodie Theriot Guy and husband Jody Guy; Brent Theriot Jr. and wife Heather Theriot; grandchildren, Adam Foret, Frankie Foret, Alexis Guy, Lane LeBlanc, and Ava Theriot; great-grandchildren, Damian and Adam Jr.; and brothers, Autrey Thibodeaux and Elgin Thibodeaux; mother-in-law, Lois Theriot; brothers and sisters-in-law, Craig Theriot and wife Tammy, Darrell Theriot and wife Mona, Maxine Schoen and husband Pat, and Joyce Thibodaux.

Brenda is preceded in passing by her parents, Willis and Lydia Trahan Thibodeaux; brothers, Willard Thibodeaux and L.B. Thibodeaux; and sister, Juanita Thibodeaux Naquin; father-in-law, Sidney Theriot Jr., sister-in-law, Marlene Theriot and brother-in-law, Dean Theriot and wife Susan.

Brenda loved baking, sewing, and dancing with her family and friends.

Brenda will be dearly missed by her many family and friends; never forgotten and always  forever loved.
