Betty Ann Bussie Damron, 75, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 1:00PM. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA.
Betty is survived by her brothers, Floyd Bussie, Robert “Bobby” Bussey, Maurice “Morris” Bussey, Jimmy Bussey, Richard Bussey; sister, Catherine “Kathy” Schertler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Damron; parents, Stanley and Nora Songe Bussie; brothers, Stanley Bussey Jr., Charles Bussey, Jerry Bussie; sisters, Hazel Schexnayder, Jeanette Lirette, Shirley Bussie.
Betty enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She most especially enjoyed the family gatherings; watching the New Orleans Saints and her video poker games.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her; but never forgotten and always loved.
