Annie Martin

Annie Prejean Martin, 87, passed away January 22, 2018. She was a native of Bosco, LA and a resident of Houma, LA.

Family and friends are invited to visitation on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 5:00PM until 9:00PM and continue with visitation on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Chauvin Funeral Home, 9:00AM until service time. Funeral services will begin Saturday at Chauvin Funeral Home at 11:00AM with burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray, LA.

Annie is survived by her son, Frank Chauvin, Jr. and daughter, Karen Chauvin Forehand and husband Rick.

Annie is preceded in death by her husband Donald A. Martin, parents, Albert Prejean and Marie Emelvina Morvan; brother, William Prejean; and sisters, Lorena Prejean Gary and Nanay Prejean Broussard.

Annie loved to paint and painted beautiful works of art. She also loved to work in her garden and cook for family and friends. Annie was a regular attendee of the “Lady’s Bible Study” who were friends met through church who would meet to study Scripture.

She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
