Alma Mae rogers Dugas, 78, passed at 6:00am on Thursday, September 28, 2023.  Alma was a native of Houma, LA and a resident of Plaquemine, LA.

Family and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:00am until service time. Ministry Services will follow visitation on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 11:00am with burial taking place in Daigle Cemetery.

Alma is survived by her loving family; her children, Amy Rogers, Wilbert Dugas Jr.; siblings, sister Dale Steele, and brother Dewey Rogers and wife Carmen; and many loving grandchildren.

Alma is preceded in passing by her parents, Alton and Sarah Robinson Rogers; 2^nd husband, Wilbert Dugas Sr.; children, her son James Garribot and daughter Rachel Garribot.

Alma was a kind, loving, and gentle person. She was easy going and loved her family.

She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her; especially her beloved family.
