Elmer Anthony Chauvin Jr., 68, a native of Houma, LA and resident of Bourg, LA died Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and from 9:00 to 11:00AM on Friday, December 10, 2010 at St. Ann Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 at with Burial at Terrebonne Memorial Park. He is survived by Companion: Elodie "Dee" Pruett of Houma LA Daughters: Renee Michelle Chauvin of Houma LA Heather Marie Chauvin of Houma LA Erica Chauvin Magee and husband Jason Magee of Gray, LA Brothher: Keith David Chauvin and wife Mary Adams Chauvin of Houma LA Grandchildren: Brittany Elizabeth Chauvin of Houma LA Great Grandchildren: Brayden James Plaisance of Houma LA. He was preceded in death by Parents: Elmer Anthony "Nam" Chauvin Sr. Annie LaRussa Chauvin. He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and motorcycling with the Houma Hog Chapter. He cherished his time with his family and friends.
