Harold Chatagnier

Harold Chatagnier, 86, a native and resident of Houma, LA died November 11, 2010. Visitation will be Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 9:30AM until service time at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Mass of Chrisitian Burial will be Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 10:30 AM at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral with burial in St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery. He is survived by two daughters, Paula Deroche and Bonnie Theriot. Three Grandchildren, Rachell Gautreaux and husband Bo; Brittany Pijor and husband Dustin and Jared Theriot; Three Great Grandchildren; One sister, Joyce Schexnayder; Two stepdaughters, Paulette Debose, Judy Benoit of Alabama; and Nieces and Nephews A lifelong friend Oddie Hebert. He was preceded in death by his wife, LaVerne Chatagnier; Two brothers, Gerald and Francis Chatagnier; and parents, William and Olive Chatagnier. He was a retired barber and owned by Hebert’s Barber Shop. He was a veteran of World War II and a parishioner of St. Francis De Sales Cathedral Church.
