Joyce Dagate

Joyce Moore Dagate, 84, a native and resident of Houma, LA died Wednesday, November 3, 2010. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 5, 2010 from 8:30 AM until service time at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, November 5, 2010 at 10:30 AM at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park. She was aunt and second mother to Lawrence Dagate, Dr. John Dagate, Jimmy Dagate, Annette Dagate Saal and Robin Dagate Stonecipher. She is also survived by her aunts,Beulah M. Domangue and May M. Duplantis and many special nieces,nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony S. Dagate and parents, Yancy Moore and Stella Eschete Moore. She was a homemaker, owner of Royal Laundry Dry Cleaner's and an original owner of The Vogue. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral .
