Susie LeBlanc Kennedy, 93, a native of New Iberia, LA and a resident of Gray, LA died Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Visitation will be Thursday, September 23, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Services will be Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. She is survived by: Daughter: Susanna Kennedy LeBouef and husband Daniel LeBouef, Gray , LA Grandchildren: Nathaniel LeBouef and Amanda LeBouef, Gray, LA Brothers: S.O. LeBlanc, Jeanerette, LA William LeBlanc, Jeanerette, LA Wilson LeBlanc, New Iberia, LA and Perry LeBlanc, Houston, TX. Preceded in death by: Husband: Arthur Allen Kennedy Parents: Willie LeBlanc and Noema Myers LeBlanc Sons: Arthur Allen Kennedy, Jr., Easton V. Kennedy Brothers: Easton LeBlanc, Lincoln LeBlanc, Lennet LeBlanc Sisters: Euphemie "Toot" Hebert, Luna Aucoin She was a seamstress for Sears for 20 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. She was an avid gardener. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Lafourche Parish Public Library System.
