Mary Barlow Dickerson, 88, a native of Sumrall, MS and a resident of Houma, LA died on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 2:15 PM. Visitation will be Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.Rosary will be said at 7:00 PM. Graveside Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2010 at Natchez City Cemetery in Natchez, MS. Survived by: Children: Mary D. Foster of Franklin, LA; Carl B. Dickerson and wife Maria of Colma, California; Betty R. Cothran of Franklin, LA.; Katherine D. DeFeo and husband George of Pollock, LA and Ray L. Dickerson and wife Tammy of Houma, LA 18 Grandchildren and Numerous Great grandchildren and great great grandchildren Preceded in death by: Husband: Luther A. "Spare" Dickerson Parents: Harmon Barlow and Belle Graves Barlow Daughter: Margaret D. Aucoin Sisters: L. Gardner, Eda Mae Rummels, Lillie Bell Portier, Mildred Mitchell Brother: Maxie Barlow She was a seamstress, an avid Saints fan and enjoyed playing bingo. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
