Josephine Bruce Collins, 62, a native of Thibodaux, LA and a resident of Larose, LA died Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 6:20 PM. Visitation will be Monday, August 23, 2010 from 9::00 am until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Service will be Monday, August 23, 2010 at 11:00 at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Collins Griffin and husband Ray Griffin Jr; son, Logan Collins Jr and wife Cathy Billiot Collins; sister,Frances Delaune; brothers, Anthony Bruce and Claude Bruce and 4 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Logan Collins Sr; parents,Lucien Bruce and Argentine Bruce; brother, Peter Bruce; sisters, Lorena Delaune and Rita Kreamer. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
