Frank Leslie McNabb, 65, a native of Kentwood, LA and a resident of Houma, LA died Monday, July 26, 2010.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 27, 2010 from 6:00pm to 9:00PM Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and
Wednesday, July 28, 2010 from 9:00am to 11:00am Service Time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.
Survived by his mother, Minnie Jenkins McNabb of Baton Rouge LA;
sons, Frank "Frankie" Wayne MCNabb of Baton Rouge LA; daughters,
Toni Leigh McNabb and husband Calvin Bessonet III of Geismar LA
and Bridget Todd of Richmond VA;
brothers, Ivy McNabb of Kentwood LA; grandchildren, Dalton Cade McNabb; and Hayden John and Brooklynn Ann Bessonet.
Preceded in death by his father, Alton McNabb; grandfather,
Hanford McNabb.
He was the founder and past owner of Applied Hydraulics Crane Company. Some of his accomplishments were the 1989 Private Industry Work Connection Award, 1993 Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year Award with the Key to the City and 1994 District 3 ? Lantern Award. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast who enjoyed the great outdoors. Also, a member of the Masonic Lodge #481. Always with a generous heart he was a contributor to various community non-profit organizations.
