She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Bourg and husband Joey, Gray, LA, Amanda Boudreaux and husband Brad, Houma, LA; grandchildren, Jason Boudreaux and Lillian Bourg; parents, Lee Perkins and Della Manuel Perkins; brothers, Frank Perkins, Houma, LA and Patrick Perkins and wife Cindy, Houma, LA; sisters, Dianne Piazza and husband Wayne, Frisco, TX, Michelle Busby and husband Shannon, Conroe, TX She is preceded in death by, sister, Linda Perkins; grandparents, Aras and Hazel Manuel, Frank Perkins and Agnes LaFleur; nephew, Jeffrey Piazza. She was a collections clerk for Weatherford Gemeco. She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.
