Dale Earl Wallace, 45, a native of Monroe, LA and a resident of Schreiver, LA died Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Visitation will be Friday, June 25, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 9:00 AM until service time at St. Bridget Catholic Church. Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday, June 26, 2010 at 10:00 AM at St. Bridget Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Thompson Wallace, parents, Gustave John Theriot and Edith Bell Theriot; 5 Stepchildren, Christopher Childress, Courtney and husband Keith Hernandez Childress, Eddie Childress, Chad Childress and Chelcee Childress; sisters, Barbara Sue Williams, Edith Marie Wallace, Brenda Kay Gautreaux and husband Joey; brother, Thomas L. Wallace, Jr. and wife Kathy; 3 Grandchildren, Noah Zeth Hernandez, Jazlynn Nicole Childress, Jordynn Kay Childress and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas L. Wallace, Sr.; brother, Larry Wayne Wallace; and Maternal and Paternal grandparents He is was a parishioner of St. Bridget Catholic Church. Dale loved gardening and caring for his cats.
