Marion Young

Marion “M.O.” Young, 87, a native of Drunwright, Oklahoma and former resident of Houma, Louisiana and resident of Farmerville, Louisiana died on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 Graveside Services will be Friday, June 25, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by his wife,Dorothy Young; son, John Young and wife Lorie; daughters, Gail Stoddard, Della Toups and Husband Matt, Nancy Varisco and Companion Karl Traylor, Robin Nguyen and Husband Chung; 10 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Evelyn Young; great grandchild, Lane Young; first wife, Dorothy Ross Young and brother, Muriel Young. He was retired from Texaco. He was a lifetime member of the Masons, a World War II submarine veteran and loved to fish and travel.
