Frances Waldrip

Frances Dagate Waldrip, 77, a native and resident of Houma,LA died Sunday, June 20, 2010 at 7:06 AM. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 22, 2010 from 9:00am to service time at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 11:00AM at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral, with burial in St. Francis No.1 Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Scott Waldrip SR., Houma, LA; son, Thomas Scott Waldrip Jr and wife Christine Pellegrin Waldrip of Houma LA; and Tim Waldrip and wife Brenda Bell Waldrip of Madisonville TX; daughter, Sheri Waldrip Smith and husband Kenneth Smith of Houma LA; grandchildren, Angelle Smith, Jennifer Smith, Caley Smith, Sara Smith and Mark Waldrip. She is preceded in death by her parents,Lawrence Dagate and Victoria Callia Dagate; brothers, Vincent Dagate Sr, Alex Dagate and Anthony "A.J." Dagate. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. She was president of the Saint Joseph's Italian Society and also past President and Queen of the Krewe of Hyacinthians.
