John Milton Jr.

John Earl Milton Jr., 71, a native of Morgan City and resident of Houma, died at 11:51 a.m. Saturday, May 29, 2010. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time Tuesday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Jones Milton, of Houma, four daughters, Daphne Ann Milton, Mickie Lynn Milton, DeAnna Francheska Rolando and husband, Claude, and Jenny Milton LeBeouf and husband, Brandon; three grandchildren, Madison Paige Rolando, Mason Parker Rolando and Sophie Gianni LeBeouf; one sister, Mary Milton Haydel and husband, Barry Haydel, and three nephews, Lee Haydel and wife, Helga, Greg Haydel and Beau Haydel. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Milton Sr. and Claudia Dupuis Milton and one daughter, Kellie Dale Milton. He owned Milton’s Jewelry Store for 30 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Church.
