Visitation will be Monday, May 31, 2010 from 9:00am to service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Mass will be Monday, May 31, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. he is survived by his daughter, Barbara Lapeyrouse and late husband Stephen of Houma LA; sons, Michael Cunningham Sr and Cynthia of Houma LA; half brothers, Floyd Hutchinson of Gray LA; Eldon Hutchinson of Bourg LA; and Larry Hutchinson of Houma LA; step sisters, Margie Clement of Bourg LA; Lillian Cunningham of Houma LA; and Lydie Falgout of Houma LA; grandchildren,Michael Cunningham Jr, Scott Cunningham, Holly Cunningham Boudreaux, Darrell Lapeyrouse, Jerome Lapeyrouse and Danita Lapeyrouse Dinger; great grandchildren, 13 and step great grandchildren, 2. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lilly Bert Allemand Cunningham; mother, Cornelia Deroche Cunningham Hutchinson; father, Louis Joseph Cunningham; step father, Whitney Hutchinson; bothers,Alvin Cunningham, Albert Cunningham and Louis Cunningham Jr.; step brothers, Rudolph Hutchinson and Johnny Hutchinson; half-sister, Joyce Hutchinson; step-sisters, Elaine LeBlanc, Madeline Ellender and Elodie Fanguy; and 1 step great grandchild. he was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. Edward Cunningham was a 30 years retiree from Texaco. He was also a veteran of the Second World War.
